About us
Hampshire Pavilion Psychology is a group of Clinical Psychologists based in Hampshire. We offer autism and ADHD assessments, individual therapy, and courses for individuals, parents, and staff teams.

Our work is centred around helping people make sense of their experiences in a way that feels clear, thoughtful, and genuinely useful. Whether you are coming for an assessment, therapy, or a course, we aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and easy to engage with.

We know people often reach out after a period of questioning, feeling stuck, or trying to understand themselves or someone they care about. We take time to build a full picture of what’s going on, and to offer something that genuinely helps, not just in theory, but in day-to-day life.

Our courses and groups are designed to bring the same approach into shared spaces, offering practical understanding and support around neurodivergence and trauma.

Above all, we keep things human. You don’t need to have the right words or have it all figured out. We will meet you where you are.
